HOW TO CONNECT YOUR CABLE 

For the best audio experience, the cable plugs must be fitted correctly into your ear pieces:
 

• T2 (IPX): Colour-coded on the gasket of the plug. Match red for right and black for left.
  
  
• 2-Pin: Ensure the (R) aligns with the right/red marking and the (L) aligns with the left/blue marking. The (+) sign should face upwards.
  
  
• Press on the plug only, NEVER press on the cable. If the IEM socket is recessed, use a soft tool or your nails to press the plug into place.
  
  
• T2 to MMCX adapter: Due to high variation in MMCX connectors, estron cannot guarantee a perfect fit for all MMCX earphones. Please note that Linum cables with MMCX connectors have been phased out.

HOW TO USE THE CABLE CINCH

For SuperBaX^TM, UltraBaX^TM, and DualBaX^TM:

1. Pull the transparent part of the cinch to unlock the slider.

2. Place one finger on each side of the narrow part of the cinch. Slide it in place.

3. Push the transparent part back in place to lock the slider.

HOW TO DISCONNECT

T2™, 2PIN 

To disconnect your Linum cable from your ear piece, pull the plug straight to avoid damage to the sockets. Always pull the plug, not the cable!

T2™ Special (recessed)

If you're unable to pull the plug easily, gently pull the cable. To avoid damage, wrap the cable around your finger and apply a steady, straight pull.

AVOID TANGLING

When not in use, pull the cable cinch up to bring the ear pieces together. Use a small winder to wrap the cable, then store it in a case with small pockets to keep it in place.

MAXIMISING PRODUCT LIFESPAN

By following these simple maintenance steps, you can extend the lifespan of your Linum cable, minimising waste and maximising performance. Made from natural materials, some patina is to be expected over time, which does not affect its performance. Proper care helps reduce the need for replacements, contributing to a more sustainable lifestyle.

 

CLEANING

Clean with a damp cotton cloth only.
Do not use solvents or cleaning agents.
Note: Liquid submersion voids the warranty.

 

HANDLING & AVOID BENDING

Avoid frequent, sharp bends that could deform the cable and affect acoustic clarity.
Ensure cables are not compressed or bent out of shape.

 

STORAGE

Store your cables (with or without earpieces) in a clean, dust-free environment, away from direct sunlight, e.g. in an organiser.

 

TEMPERATURE

Keep your Linum cable dry and avoid extreme temperatures. Never leave it in direct sunlight for extended periods.

 

DISPOSAL

To dispose of Linum cables responsibly, we encourage you to recycle them through local electronic waste collection programmes. The product should not be disposed of in general waste.

Choking hazard. Keep out of reach of children, this product contains small parts. Use with adult supervision.

CAUTION 

The Linum cable is very strong and thin. When disconnecting, do not pull the cable with extreme force, this can damage your fingers. 
 

WARRANTY

estron provides a limited warranty for this Linum cable against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. If during the warranty period a defect arises due to defects in design, materials or fabrication, the product must be returned to the place of purchase with proof of purchase and a description of the problem. estron will at its option and to the extent permitted by law (i) repair the cable at no charge, (ii) replace the cable (new or refurbished) at no charge or (iii) refund the original purchase price. This warranty does not apply to any defects attributable to damage beyond reasonable control of estron, including damage caused by abuse, accident, modifications, misuse, misapplication or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

estron disclaims any and all implied warranties, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the maximum extent permissible by law. estron shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data or loss of opportunity, caused by the use, misuse, or inability to use this product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other mandatory rights which vary from country to country.
