Are your prices including VAT?
Within EU prices are included VAT. If you are located outside EU prices are excluded VAT and you are obliged to declare potential VAT and other Duties applicable to your region or country.
Will you be able to declare a different value of purchase than invoiced?
Unfortunately, no. However, upon request, we can send with regular post in a neutral envelope. Should the envelope not arrive, this will be at your own responsibility.
How do I cancel my order?
If you have changed your mind and want to cancel your order, please send an e-mail to email@example.com soonest possible. If we have not yet sent the order, we will be able to cancel the order right away.
If you have changed your mind after we have shipped the order - and within 14 days of purchase, please send an e-mail notifying us of your wish to cancel your purchase. Please use the cancellation form attached with the invoice/shipment e-mail and return the product to us. When we have received the product and cancellation form, we will refund the full purchase amount - provided of course that the product is in same condition as when it was shipped. Purchase sum should be back in your bank account within few days.
